    Looking to go further? We create approaches that fit your organisation – from training your team and building participation strategies to helping you grow your own youth networks for long‑term impact. Our networks include young people with diverse neurodiversities and disabilities, and parent/carers who bring both their own lived and living experience and the insight of supporting a young person through these systems. This includes experience of mental health challenges, education challenges and navigating health systems.

    How we work: These packages grow with you. Initial strategy sessions are offered at a set rate. As your work develops into larger participation networks and sustained collaboration, investment increases to reflect the time, expertise and fair pay required to make that growth meaningful - for both staff and young people involved in your projects.
