Mental Health Support for Young People

You’re not alone and you don’t have to wait for things to get worse before reaching out.

MyTBrain is a safe, welcoming space where you can connect with people who understand, talk about what’s going on for you, and find tools to help you feel more in control. Our support is free and open to all young people aged 13–30.

Take a bit of time exploring what we offer, if you decide it could be for you, sign up! We’d love to work with you.

Note: If you’re under 18 in the UK/Europe, or under 16 in Australia, we’ll just need a quick consent from your parent or guardian before you join.

What’s Available Right Now?

  • Peer-to-peer support in our Discord

Join a private, moderated online space where you can chat with other young people who’ve been through similar experiences.

  • Trained moderation team

Our staff and volunteers are trained in safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches to keep the space safe and respectful.

  • Signposting to help and crisis resources

If you need more than we can offer, we’ll connect you with professional services and support lines.

  • Mental health workshops and self-care tools

Take part in sessions on managing stress, building resilience, and finding healthy coping strategies.

  • Evidence-based wellbeing bots

Use our custom-built digital tools any time, without having to speak to someone directly. They’re designed to support anxiety, low mood, ADHD and executive dysfunction, offering practical tips and personalised activities based on proven approaches that work in real life.

What’s coming Next?

We’re working to expand our support so you can access:

  • 1-to-1 online wellbeing check-ins with trained mental health workers

  • Specialist group sessions on topics like anxiety, low mood, neurodiversity or navigating services

  • Opportunities to co-design mental health resources so they truly work for young people
